Fictional Characters You Must Know About

fictional characters

List of Popular Fictional Characters

Children’s books introduce fictional characters to children who are then able to bring them alive through imagination. These fictional characters can be integral, influential and maybe even inspiring for the development of a child while they are learning how to read.

If a child finds goals or similarities with a character they will normally have some personality traits that have been shaped by this fictional character. This is why it’s extremely important to find the right books for children at an early age because if they are exposed to the right fiction at a young age they usually end up turning into very well educated and smart people.

A good example is Bob the Builder. He grew up with not a lot but he didn’t give up on his dreams to become a builder. Kids can learn from Bob. The best thing about reading children’s books is that they have such relatable content like the story of Bob the Builder, allowing young readers to just escape into another world that isn’t filled with negativity, bullying or pressures academically. Some notable examples are Harry Potter, Winnie the Pooh, and Batman. Reading is also a great way to burn off stress and anxiety while relaxing after a long day.
